Our Community

We couldn’t be more proud to be part of a community that makes Bozeman and its surrounding areas so unique.

When companies work from our spaces, they have quick access to an array of nearby local businesses and amenities. Our tenants gain access to a buzzing location without the headache of mid-city. You’ll enjoy all the same pleasantries with the ample breathing room our great state is known for. Whether it’s sipping lattes in quaint coffee houses, shopping for local goods, or hitting the great outdoors—Montana’s best is always right around the corner.

  • #1 Coffee Pot

Don’t let the name fool you, this spot offers much more than just their delicious coffee. To step into the little wood house is to be enveloped in a cozy kind of wonder. Local-made, hand-spun pottery hangs from the walls and homemade pies of every kind adorn the counter. Pick up meals-to-go for the work team or sit in and enjoy anything from Grandma’s Chicken Pot Pie to their Specialty Cinnamon Rolls.

  • #2 BOZEMAN HOT SPRINGS

When looking at the Bozeman Hot Springs, it would be hard to believe that its raw beginnings started in the early 1800’s. What started as a small natural pool over 200 years ago has been refined into one of Bozeman’s most relished hot spots. Just minutes from the offices, members can get in an afternoon workout or steam. Stop by Thursday nights to enjoy a hot soak, a cold one, and some great live music.

  • #3 ridge athletic club

For those with more serious fitness routines, the Ridge Athletic Club is a mere 12 minutes from the District for convenient before or after work workouts. The Ridge offers the most comprehensive group workouts from boot camps, core fitness, indoor cycling, to yoga and dance.

  • #4 stacey’s

A meal at Stacey’s Old Faithful Bar and Steakhouse can be summed up in their classic slogan, “Where the West is Still the West.” Its menu is the quintessential Montana diet—meat and potatoes without a kale bushel in sight. Stop in and enjoy a drink after work or a long day on the river.

  • #5 cottonwood hills golf course

Located just 8 minutes from the District, Cottonwood Hills will feel like you’ve escaped to the heart of Bozeman’s most stunning scenery. The pristine course invites the public to take advantage of its breathtaking views and sweeping landscapes. This meticulously managed, family owned business offers a great selection of challenges for any level.

  • #6 dry hills distillery

Bozeman is quickly becoming Montana’s hub for craft brewing and distilling. Locally owned and operated, Dry Hills Distillery is one of the few farm-to-bottle crafters. Dry Hills is owned and managed by the Droge family, where their award-winning vodka is distilled using potatoes from their 3rd generation farm in Manhattan. Located in the heart of the Four Corners area just 6 minutes from the District.
